Project Officer / Assistant Burleigh Heads

Home By Pinnacle is a local small builder looking for a project officer / assistant to support the Director in his day to day duties.

Role would entail but not limited to:

Obtaining supplier Quotes

Creating jobs files and updating on reqular basis

Creating Customer packs

Working with various scheduling programs

Ordering materials and assisting with Trades

Invoicing and basic bookkeeping

Learning the approval process

Assisting with writing procedures and processes

Work hours are very adaptable with the ability to work around children's schooling hours etc

Job Types: Part time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.00
- $40.00 per hour
