Both roles require a **current Pool Lifeguard qualification**, along with a commitment to safety and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain at your own cost)
- Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Pool Lifeguard Award
- Current First Aid & CPR qualification
- For Duty Managers: leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
- For Customer Service: customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most

Both roles must be available across Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends.
