**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia Designer, based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content, including video production, graphics, and web design. The role includes working on creative projects, designing graphics, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with the company’s creative vision and brand identity. The designer will contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital assets, ensuring a cohesive and appealing representation of Sprout Organic Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities: Designing and producing multimedia assets across Sprout Organic and associated brands

Creating static and motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns and social media

Editing video footage for advertisements, product launches, educational content, and brand storytelling

Developing engaging visual content for websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital advertising

Supporting product launches with multimedia creative tailored to different markets and audiences

Creating wireframes and visual concepts for website pages and digital experiences

Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategy into creative outputs

Working with external photographers, videographers, agencies, and freelancers where required

Maintaining brand consistency across all multimedia outputs

Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Optimising content for various platforms, screen sizes, and performance requirements

Developing and evolving visual identities for Sprout Organic and acquired brands

Designing packaging for current and existing products

**Qualifications**
- ⁠Tertiary qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- Proficiency in Multimedia and Video Production, including editing and creating engaging content for various platforms
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in designing for print and digital mediums
- Knowledge of Web Design and the ability to create visually effective and user-friendly digital interfaces
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the FMCG or organic food industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field

**Salary Range $80,00-$90,000**

Pay: $80,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
