Customer Service Manager (Burleigh Heads)

Tierra Bulk Foods in Gold Coast, Australia is looking for full time qualified

and experienced Customer Service Manager.

Tierra Bulk Food was born in 2019 to offer the essence of our beloved cuisine

and lifestyle to our local farmers’ markets in Australia. Most of our products

are locally sourced, many times off the beaten track. We prioritize seasonal,

sustainable, and environmentally-friendly practices when choosing our

nourishing and tasty everyday ingredients. We want to bring wholesome, real

pantry staples inspired by all the coastal cities and towns along with Southern

Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East — right to our customers’

tables.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager

to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standards of customer

service possible within our business operations.

Ideally you will have the following: A relevant Associate Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma and at least 2

years of relevant experience.

Tasks Include:

- developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures

concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- managing, engaging and developing staff providing customer

services
- planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer

satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and

improve services provided
- liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers

to identify and respond to customer expectations
- providing direction and feedback to team members as required
