**The Role**: We are seeking experienced Part Time Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. **This position is to commence**ASAP**and is based at**Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping centre.**

You will be responsible for providing security service at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

The roster for this role is Friday 14.00
- 21.30 & Saturday 12.00
- 21.30

**Role Requirements**: To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Current QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
- Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
- Availability across 7 days/nights
