**The Role**

We're hiring a Content Creator to build and launch the personal brand of our founder. This is a hands-on role you'll be embedded in the day-to-day, capturing content, developing strategy, and posting daily across platforms.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute the full personal brand launch strategy
- Film content throughout the day—meetings, behind-the-scenes, insights
- Edit and post content daily across social platforms
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent output
- Stay across trends and adapt content to what's working

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience building or managing a personal brand
- Strong editing skills and fast turnaround
- Strategic thinker who can own the content direction
- Comfortable being in the room and capturing moments as they happen
- Reliable and self-motivated
