Practice Manager / Front Desk Coordinator Revolution Chiropractic – Miami, Gold Coast Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity (3–5 Days per Week) About Us Revolution Chiropractic is a well-established wellness clinic located in Miami on the Gold Coast, just minutes from North Burleigh Beach. For over 10 years, we have been helping our community achieve better health through chiropractic care and allied health services. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled, organised, and people-focused Practice Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to join our supportive team. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position that combines front-of-house administration, client care, and practice management responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while delivering an exceptional experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Practice & Office Administration
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and office systems
- Coordinate office supplies and general administration
- Create marketing activities, including newsletters and social media
- Assist with operational planning and team coordination Client Experience
- Welcome and support clients throughout their care journey
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist clients with wellness resources and educational materials
- Foster a warm, professional, and positive clinic environment Team Support
- Work collaboratively with chiropractors and allied health professionals
- Support clinic systems, procedures, and performance goals
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ongoing growth About You To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Experienced in administration, customer service, reception, or practice management Experience in healthcare, allied health, chiropractic, or wellness settings is highly regarded but not essential. What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate from $32.50 per hour (including super) plus performance bonuses

- All-day undercover parking available Working Hours The successful applicant must be available to work the following roster:
- Tuesday: 6:00am – 12:15pm and 1:45pm – 7:15pm
- Wednesday: 11:15am – 7:15pm
- Thursday: 6:00am – 12:15pm and 1:45pm – 7:15pm
