In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia.Your responsibilities will include:* Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.* Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.* Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.* Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.* Performing general banking tasks.* Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.**About you*** Experience in retail and a solid understanding of rural farming, or similar.* Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.* Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.* Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.* Forklift license is desirable but not essential**We'll support you with*** The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company* Attractive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime pay* Learning, development and career progression opportunitiesAll applicants require Australian working rights at the time of applying.
