- Provide leadership to warehouse staff and be hands‑on in the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse.
- Ensure that all orders are picked, checked and loaded by staff with high levels of accuracy.
- Maintain call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Grow existing customer base and secure current customers in the territory.
- Responsible for ensuring all company vehicles are loaded as per company requirements.
- Ensure staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH.
- Forklift licence is essential.
- A positive understanding of warehouse and distribution functions.
