Junior Crew Member – Burger Urge Burpengary East Burger Urge (BU) has been serving delicious burgers for 18 years, using premium local ingredients to create classic and on‑trend recipes. - Greeting customers and taking orders in a timely, friendly manner.
- Preparing food according to BU standards and recipes – cooking, grilling, frying, assembling.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operating & maintaining kitchen equipment – grills, fryers, ovens.
- Handling cash & credit card transactions and keeping accurate sales records.
- Communicating effectively with teammates to ensure orders are prepared correctly & efficiently.
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on BU policies, procedures, & menu items. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal & customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational & time‑management skills.
- Experience in a quick‑service restaurant preferred.
- Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends & school holidays. Mandatory Requirements
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Valid working rights, including passport & visa documentation for international candidates.
- RSA Certificate within 30 days of starting employment.
