Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? We are seeking a energetic and driven Catering Team Leader to manage our restaurant's front-of-house operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure productive operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant

Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing.

Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with club policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (Qld)

Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate

Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams
