**About the role and where you will be working**: SCC WA have a range of property across Aged Care Facilities, Retirement Villages, Community Housing, Respite Centres and Community Mental Health Centres across Perth, Kalgoorlie and Broome. This role is the first point of contact for our customers with the Property Assets & Infrastructure Team. We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations and strive for excellence ensuring all maintenance issues are handled in an accurate and timely manner, proactively progressing all Work Orders. This is an important role that interacts with our customers, contractors, management systems, including the accounts payable and aids our ongoing building and infrastructure maintenance activities.
This role is located at our central office in Rivervale and offers hybrid WFH options.
**We’ll also be asking you to:
- **
- Review contractors Planned Maintenance Reports and action items as required.
- Proactively review, progress and close work orders across all of SCC’s services.
- Assist in the preparation of regular Ad Hoc reports as and when required to ensure the effective delivery of the various programs of work.
- Managing Service Contract Meeting booking, Agendas and Meeting Minutes.
- Accurate updating of our asset registers.
- Assisting with the upkeep of key registers and security systems.
**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ideally understands Facility Management software.
- Experience in a service delivery organisation, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in liaising with maintenance contractors.
- Demonstrated understanding of document management systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise responsibilities and multi-task.
- Previous experience in management of contractor invoices.
- Previous asset maintenance for property would be well regarded.
