Irrigation Designer (Burswood)

About the Role As our Irrigation Designer, you’ll work alongside experienced designers, estimators and project teams to deliver practical, sustainable and effective irrigation solutions on diverse projects from concept through to construction. No two projects are the same. You’ll contribute to a broad portfolio including feature parks, sports ovals, streetscapes and bespoke landscape projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing irrigation systems across commercial and residential landscape projects
- Preparing layouts, drawings, specifications and material schedules
- Developing efficient water management solutions aligned with site conditions and client requirements
- Supporting project delivery with construction and estimating teams
- Assisting with pump systems, controllers and irrigation technologies
- Ensuring designs meet water efficiency standards and industry best practice
- Contributing practical installation knowledge into design outcomes About you:
- Experience in irrigation installation and/or irrigation design
- Understanding of pumping systems and irrigation controls
- Experience developing irrigation scopes and specifications
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD irrigation drafting software (highly regarded)
- Progress toward CID certification (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
