We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join and lead the Bar Team within our Events & Conferences Department. In this **full time** role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Lead the bar team for our events held at Crown Perth
- Seamless delivery of service to ensure event success
- Deliver excellent customer service and experiences
- Manage logistics and cost of this business unit

- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience within a high-volume bar operation
- The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility on working hours

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
