**About the Role**

For over 70 years Concord Repatriation General Hospital has had a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare as well as undertaking world class clinical education and research. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

In this position, you will ensure the safety and security of staff, patients, visitors and property on the hospital campus in a positive, attentive and prompt manner.

- Licenced according to the Security Industry Act 1997
- Class 1 A and current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to complete all requirements of the Violence Prevention & Management course
- Customer service skills with a high degree of personal integrity and motivation.
- Intermediate level computer operating skills e.g. through experience with contemporary electronic security alarm monitoring systems
- Ability to perform 12 hour shift work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
