**Your New Chance**: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first connection for Australians beginning their property investment journey. You’ll have meaningful conversations, understand client goals, and guide them toward confident next steps.

**You Will**
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Source and qualify leads via warm calls
- **Client Discovery**: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client goals, challenges, and dreams.
- **Tailored Solutions**: Customise your pitch to each client’s unique needs, ensuring the highest level of relevance and value.
- **Sales Success**: Close deals, achieve or exceed targets, and maintain a strong customer-first approach to ensure long-term satisfaction.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
- A keen listener with the ability to quickly identify client needs and motivations.
- Results-driven, with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
