**Company Overview**: All Medical Waste Australia is an expanding leader in medical waste management, specializing in Clinical Waste, Sharp Disposals, Hygiene, and Veterinary Waste. We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented Van Driver/Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Role Overview**: As a Van Driver/Warehouse Assistant, your day will be primarily on the road, where you’ll follow a set schedule, manage collections, unload service vehicles, and deliver outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional interaction with clients
- Work effectively both independently and within a close-knit team
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Maintain electronic logs of services using technology
- Handle delivery and collection of Clinical Waste, Sharp Disposals, Hygiene, and Veterinary Waste
- Load and unload your vehicle
- Drive and provide collection services throughout the Greater Sydney region

**Key Requirements**:

- At least one year of driving experience
- Excellent driving record with NSW Driving Record
- Proof of Working Rights (e.g., Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate)
- Willingness to complete a Police Criminal History Check
- Completion of a Pre-Employment Medical, including COVID-19 vaccinations and Hepatitis A & B vaccinations due to the nature of the work
- Understanding of policies and procedures, including WH&S;
- Able to lift up to 25kgs
