5 x Relief Motorcycle Delivery Drivers Site: Strathfield Delivery Centre, Strathfield, Australia. Permanent full‑time. Shift: Monday to Friday 5am – 1:30pm or 6am – 2:30pm, with overtime and meal allowance. Pay: $42.41 per hour plus 12% superannuation; annual salary $70,703 plus 15% shift penalty. Responsibilities
- Operate and deliver on motorcycles, electric vehicle, walking and electric push bike modes.
- Work different routes across Strathfield and Rydalmere catchment areas, covering other drivers on leave.
- Start day early at 5am sorting mail and small parcels.
- Load vehicle, perform daily safety check and deliver to homes and businesses in all weather.
- Hold and enforce safe working load limits: up to 16 kg per load, total load ≤ 100 kg.
- Mentor support: paired with experienced rider mentors for professional development. Qualifications
- Full or probationary motorcycle licence.
- Resilient and adaptive to high volume and pressure.
- Flexible to work additional hours when required.
- Pass mandatory and practical riding assessment.
- Strong memory and excellent attention to detail, able to lift up to 16 kg regularly.
- Prior courier/delivery experience desirable but not mandatory. Benefits & Support
