Overview
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and winning new business every week? Myclient is an established mobility and accident replacement vehicle provider, based in Sydney’s Southwest. The client is seeking a Sales Representative to grow partnerships across the Sydney Metro area. This is a field-based role where your success will be driven by strong relationships and consistent activity, and delivering exceptional service.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships within the Sydney Metro area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting weekly face-to-face visits with businesses
Identifying, targeting, and developing new opportunities in line with strategic and operational plans
Maintaining existing clients through disciplined call cycles and regular meetings
Providing a high level of professional customer service to build long-term partnerships
Implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales
Consistently winning current business on a weekly basis
Coordinating new referrer activity and specific fleet requirements with the Fleet Manager
The ideal candidate has
Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, with a record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience within the accident replacement vehicle or automotive industry is highly desirable, but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
A self-motivated, autonomous work style with a robust work ethic
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service
What’s On Offer
$92,000 base salary + commission
