Description

Prepare and maintain monthly customer invoicing

Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of revenues and revenue related costs

Reconciliation of customer and balance sheet accounts

Ensure all customer and internal enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a qualified manner

Accurate and timely profitability reporting and correct customer billing

Assisting with ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider finance function

Profile

Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role

CPA qualified or currently working towards (preferred)

Exposure to invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting

Experience within a large or complex organisation is an advantage

Robust Excel skills and high attention to detail

Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
