The Opportunity Are you a self-driven sales qualified who wants a role that pays a solid base and rewards you on top for every sale you close? Global Textile Supplies is an established Australian wholesale textile distributor — supplying quality products to hotels, hospitals, aged care facilities, and commercial laundries across the country. We're growing our field sales team and looking for reps across NSW & ACT. This is a B2B field sales role. You'll be on the road every day, calling on new prospects and managing an existing account base. Why Join Us?
- Earnings: $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Top reps clear $2,000 – $3,000+ per week all in. The base gives you stability — the commission is where you build real income.

- Real Products: Our customers reorder because they need what we sell — towels, linen, and textiles going into hotels, hospitals, and care facilities every single day.
- Existing Base: You're not starting cold. There are existing accounts in your territory to manage and grow from day one.
- Autonomy: You manage your own territory. Monday to Friday, you run your week like a business. The Role — What You'll Actually Be Doing
- On the road daily across your state — visiting prospects, following up leads, managing accounts
- Face-to-face presentations to procurement managers, housekeeping managers, and operations buyers
- Closing new accounts and growing spend within your existing customer base
- Keeping your pipeline and activity records current
- Feeding back market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and product gaps
- Monday to Friday only for site visits — no weekends Are You the Right Fit?
- Sales Track Record: You've hit targets. You know what a full pipeline looks like and how to keep it that way.
- Closer: You don't leave a meeting without asking for the business. Following through on every lead, every quote, and every callback is non-negotiable for you — not a nice-to-have.
- B2B Experience: Wholesale, FMCG, hospitality supply, healthcare, or similar — you understand how commercial buyers think.
- Self-Directed: You don't need daily check-ins to stay on track.
