About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales & Customer Support Officer to provide high-level sales admin and customer complaint resolution support to our Customer Service Team. Your primary goal is to handle customer enquiries including inbound-outbound calls and customer related administrative tasks so that our team can stay focused on our core mission. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Escalation Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for complex inbound/outbound calls, resolving high-level order delays, shipping inquiries, and customer complaints.
- Complex Processing: Accurately manage high-volume order processing, complex invoicing, PO generation, and secure payment lodging.
- Returns & Credits: Authorize and process Requests for Credit and Returns in strict alignment with company guidelines.
- Logistics Coordination: Partner with the Warehouse to resolve escalated freight issues and optimize delivery tracking for customers.
- Sales Support: Provide advanced support to the sales team by managing key customer accounts, generating complex quotes, and coordinating client needs internally.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional 4Cabling departments to align processes, improve operational efficiency, and mentor junior staff. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B/B2C sales support and complex customer complaint resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Hubspot, related CRMs, and team collaboration tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored for both high-level stakeholders and frustrated customers.
- A flawless track record of accuracy in high-volume data entry and complex financial processing.
- The ability to handle sensitive corporate and customer information with absolute discretion.
