As the Perfect Store Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our Perfect Store strategy within the Licensed Channel. You’ll work closely with the Suntory Global Spirits team and the Licensed Sales Team to develop key metrics and reporting capabilities. Your insights will help us drive execution excellence by focusing on the fundamentals of Range, Share, and Activation.

The position will also play a supporting role in many of the key Execution Excellence / Perfect Store initiatives including, managing the data quality & integrity of our Perfect Store / TRAX data, assisting in co-creating / refreshing Execution Excellence Playbooks & associated Sales Capability material. The role will also support the Licensed Perfect Store Assets placement plan from strategy through to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse Perfect Store and TRAX data to develop actionable insights and lead the integration of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the relationship with our digital agency, TRAX, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Own & manage Perfect Store reporting and communication back to commercial stakeholders to track KPIs & compliance rates and provide reporting on program performance.
- Support the Execution Excellence / Perfect Store program and contribute to the creation and annual refresh of the Execution Excellence Playbook.
- Assist in the development and operational execution of the Licensed Assets strategy.

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Prior Licenced experience (preferred) or FMCG experience.
- Experience in building Power BI reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present back to stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
