Stock Controller Homebush Municipality Of Strathfield, Municipality of Strathfield

We’re looking for an organised, detail‑focused Stock Controller to join our high‑performing Homebush DFO store – Oroton’s #1 outlet location.

Permanent Full‑Time, Monday–Friday roster.

What You’ll Do

Own stock flow from delivery through to floor availability

Receive, process, and manage incoming stock with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain strong stock integrity through cycle counts and stocktakes

Ensure timely replenishment to support sales and customer experience

Keep the stockroom organised, safe, and operating at peak efficiency

Partner with store leadership, VM, and sales teams on floor moves and promotions

Proactively identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues

What You Bring

Proven experience in a Stock Controller or stock‑focused retail role, ideally in a high‑volume setting

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work

Confidence working with stock systems, replenishment processes, and inventory management

The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a rapid‑paced setting

A strong sense of ownership and accountability – you take pride in doing things right

A positive, team‑first attitude and willingness to support store success wherever needed
