About the Role

You'll be out on the road visiting homes and businesses, carrying out filter changes and routine servicing on drinking water systems. As your skills grow, you'll learn how to troubleshoot, repair, and install systems alongside senior technicians.

What You'll Do Service and maintain drinking water systems (including Zip & Billi taps)

Travel to customer sites across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula

Deliver friendly, qualified customer service

Manage your daily schedule and jobs

Record work in our mobile app

Learn technical skills in repairs and installations

What We're Looking For Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Positive with people and problem-solving

Well presented with excellent communication skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Full driver's licence with a clean driving history

Australian work rights

Physical capability to lift equipment over 30kg as required for maintenance tasks
