Restaurant and Events Manager (Concord)

A leading Community Club in Sydney's inner west seeks a highly experienced Restaurant Manager for immediate start.

The Role
- Proven track record in managing high-volume, rapid paced restaurants and event spaces
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on culturally rich venues delivering memorable hospitality experiences
- Ability to positively build and lead large, high performing teams
- Ability to effectively manage community and stakeholder engagement
- Strong track record in hospitality operations, budget forecasting, rostering and P&L; management
- Ability to execute large scale events, delivering bespoke culinary and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximise profitability.
- Extensive Management experience in NSW registered clubs, holding RSA, ARCG, WSET and proven commercial skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of NSW registered club management experience required
- Expertise in compliance and risk management
- Effectively manage supplier partnerships
