About the Program E2 Young Engineers offers after‑school, weekend, and holiday enrichment programs for primary school children, focusing on STEM. Children learn concepts and build motorized LEGO models to explore real‑life topics. Position Instructor – logical, creative thinkers who can inspire kids (Grades 1–6) in Science and Mathematics. Responsibilities
- Facilitate the program at schools during after‑school hours and at holiday camps.
- Prepare and deliver lessons using company‑provided training and materials, creating engaging presentations.
- Teach STEM concepts and guide students through weekly lesson plans.
- Assist students with building LEGO projects, ensuring progress and understanding.
- Maintain student interest, motivate learning, and help achieve daily learning outcomes.
- Take photographs, videos, and brief explanations of the lessons taught.
- Set up class materials or kits for in‑person classes, use presentation slides, and respond to student questions.
- Provide feedback on student performance and challenge videos. Qualifications
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Interest or background in coding, mechatronics, or LEGO building.
- Willingness to be creative in lesson delivery. Job Details
