Sales & Membership Growth Executive (Burwood)

Salary & Benefits
- Base: $55K – $85K (based on experience)
- + 5% – 10% commission (uncapped)
- Monthly bonuses for hitting targets
- OTE: $80K – $110K+ (uncapped, including base + commission + bonuses)

- Reach out to potential members via calls, messages & in person
- Convert event attendees into paid members
- Promote the value of our programs & workshops
- Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets Promote Events & Generate Leads
- Drive sign-ups for events, workshops & programs
- Engage prospects through calls, social media & partnerships
- Follow up on inbound leads Post-Event Follow-Up
- Connect with attendees for feedback
- Convert participants into members or upsell services
- Keep leads engaged with consistent communication Build Relationships
- Be the go-to contact for members & prospects
- Understand needs and recommend the right solutions Track & Report
- Manage leads and sales in CRM systems
- Keep accurate records of conversions & follow-ups
- Report on performance and pipeline _________________________________________________________________ Required Skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (MUST)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident in phone and face-to-face sales
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Outstanding at building rapport & handling objections
- Organized and comfortable with CRM tools
