Position Permanent Full Time (Term Time only plus 2 weeks) Commencement date 20 July 2026 Classification Clerical and Administration Services Level 5.1 under the Independent Schools NSW Professional Operational Staff Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement (CMEA 2025). Hours 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday Location Santa Sabina College, Secondary Campus, Strathfield, NSW The Role As the Administration Officer – Operations, you will provide essential support to the Deputy Principal – Operations. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of daily operations programs for staff, students and parents. Qualifications and Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other school systems (e.g. TASS)
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
