Garden Maintenance Worker Busselton (City of Busselton)

Belong at Home (CHC) is a trusted local not‑for‑profit organisation supporting older people and their carers across the Southwest, with branches located in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook and Bridgetown. We are currently seeking a Part‑Time Garden Maintenance Worker based in Busselton. This role is based on 2–3 days per week , with flexibility for additional hours when required. In this rewarding role, you will assist clients with garden and outdoor maintenance tasks, including mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, and general yard upkeep, helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. What You’ll Need
- Experience in gardening or property maintenance (preferred)
- A reliable vehicle with a tow ball
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Current Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate Skills & Attributes
- Ability to safely operate gardening equipment, including push mowers, hedge trimmers, whipper snippers, blowers, and small hand tools
- Practical maintenance or handyman skills (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions What We Offer
