About Us: Solaire Connect is one of Perth's longest-standing solar companies, dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions across Western Australia. We are expanding our footprint in the South West region and are looking for a dynamic Solar Design Consultant to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Solar Design Consultant, you will be the face of Solaire Connect, meeting with potential customers at their homes to design custom solar power systems tailored to their specific energy usage and needs. You will be responsible for:

- Visiting 3-4 potential customers per day in areas like Busselton, Bunbury, and surrounding South West locations.
- Conducting detailed assessments of each property's energy consumption and solar potential.
- Designing solar power systems based on individual customer requirements, including system sizing, panel placement, and inverter selection.
- Presenting these designs to customers, explaining benefits, and closing sales.
- Keeping abreast of the latest solar technology and industry trends to provide the best solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Skills:

- Robust understanding of solar panel systems, electrical systems, and energy efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze energy usage data and design systems accordingly.
- Proficiency with design software or willingness to learn (Open Solar).
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Weekend work is optional.
- Qualities:

- Self-motivated with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

- Earnings: An average daily earning potential of $600
- $1800, based on performance and sales closed.

Pay: $1,367.90
- $5,056.66 per week
