**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated **Store Manager** to lead our Dunsborough team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, people management, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service and product quality.
- Manage and train a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
- Drive sales and operational efficiencies to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with head office and uphold Sushi Sushi brand standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food service (essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and KPIs effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in food presentation and store cleanliness.
- Food Safety Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
