We are recruiting for casual BARISTA positions for our Busselton cafe. We are excited to welcome passionate and experienced hospitality workers into the Benesse family.

**About the Role**

Benesse is recognised for its outstanding quality coffee, fast and friendly service and a place that locals love to visit.

We are looking for experienced, confident and passionate Baristas who are comfortable working under pressure in a fast manner, able to problem solve and use initiative.
- 12 months of experience in a similar style café with high coffee volume (50kgs+ per week)
- Ability to demonstrate high level of barista knowledge, including calibrating grinders, dosing/extraction and machine maintenance
- Perfected skills in milk texturing (latte art is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills that assist you in forming relationships with your customers
- Ability to stay calm and thrive during busy periods while maintaining consistency in coffee standards
- Able to work well in a team
- All-round café experience
- Flexible availability including at least one weekend day
