Bar Manager (Busselton)

The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Bar Manger to join their team on a full time basis.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Create a modern beverage list suited to the restaurant and its location.
- Develop relationships with local suppliers.
- Stock control and ordering for all bar items.
- Staff training.
- Develop cocktail list that is unique to the restaurant.
- Recipe development and costing.
- Participate in all aspects of a busy restaurant as required.

A minimum of two current references will be required.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
