- Join our team as a _**_Guest Experience Host_**_, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' stay by providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations at our front desk. _

**_What You Will Be Doing_**
- **_Sales Appointment Generation:_**_ Schedule onsite guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay._
- **_Performance Targets:_**_ Meet monthly tour budgets and other key performance indicators._
- **_Tour Generation:_**_ Assist in ensuring prospects meet the Company's tour qualification specifications._
- **_Front Desk Operations:_**_ Handle greeting and registering members and guests, providing local area information, completing department paperwork, and using communication equipment._
- **_Guest Assistance:_**_ Pre-call, greet, welcome guests, provide room escorts, porter service, follow-up courtesy calls, and tourist information/bookings._

- _ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)._
- _Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills._
- _Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to build rapport with strong resilience._
- _Computer literate; previous PMS experience is a plus._
- _Positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach._
