Cook SPIRIT OF EAGLE BAY PTY LTD t/a WISE VINEYARD RESTAURANT is looking for full time Cook to join their business. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
- Support the ordering of food and supplies
- Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
- Infuse flavours by adding seasonings
- Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and secure manner throughout the cooking process
- Prepare meals for special events and additional functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
- Artfully plate dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes
- Develop menu suggestions
- Check that store food and supplies are delivered
- Control the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role
