Responsibilities
- Operate day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume retail store.
- Implement and maintain high level of merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Manage stock and inventory control.
- Coach and develop team, inspiring them to achieve goals.
- Drive in‑store efficiencies to meet budgeted targets.
- Ensure a safe setting for customers and team. Qualifications
- Retail management experience of 1 year (preferred). Schedule Monday to Friday, rotating roster with weekend availability. Compensation & Perks Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year.
