Bar Manager Busselton

The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Bar Manger to join their team on a full time basis.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Create a up-to-date beverage list suited to the restaurant and its location.

Develop relationships with local suppliers.

Stock control and ordering for all bar items.

Staff training.

Develop cocktail list that is unique to the restaurant.

Recipe development and costing.

Participate in all aspects of a busy restaurant as required.

A minimum of two current references will be required.
