Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and, through your team-oriented approach, empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer journey and consultative service.

Identify and recommend Telstra products and services that meet customer needs.

Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of Telstra's technology, gadgets and offers through continual training.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Provide support and solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of recent and existing customers.

An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers.

A drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond).

A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy setting.

Experience in a customer‐facing role.
