Coles Merchandiser Busselton

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. About the Role Territory: Busselton and surrounds Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, average of 18 hours per week. Hours are Based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs) Availability: Flexibility across Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Developing solid relationships with Grocery personnel Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores Pricing and ticketing compliance Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Successful Candidate Will Have Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable Solid friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential) Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role BIG Perks Receive your roster 2 weeks in advance Competitive hourly rate
