Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Signage Production Lead to take ownership of workshop operations within a well‐established and growing print and signage setting based in Busselton. This is a hands‐on, full‐time role suited to a confident operator who can manage the full production cycle, ensure quality output, and work autonomously in a quick‐paced setting. With robust systems and equipment already in place, you'll be set up to focus on delivering efficient, high‐quality results while contributing to ongoing growth. Responsibilities Overseeing production from artwork approval through to final output Operating and managing large‐format printing and finishing equipment Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet deadlines Preparing and adjusting artwork files to ensure print accuracy Conducting final quality checks before dispatch Identifying and resolving issues ahead of production Reviewing workflow and maintaining organised workspaces Liaising with internal teams on job progress and priorities Supporting junior staff when required Monitoring production performance and identifying improvements Qualifications Proven experience in a print or signage production environment Robust technical skills across large‐format printing equipment Advanced ability in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience producing signage, decals, banners, and vehicle graphics Confident working independently and managing full job cycles High attention to detail and commitment to quality Robust problem‐solving skills and proactive mindset Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Well‐organised with a sense of ownership and accountability Team‐oriented with a willingness to support others Why Is This a Great Opportunity Full‐time position with long‐term stability Pathway into a Production Manager role Leadership opportunity within a growing business Well‐structured workshop with reliable systems in place Occasional overtime available Salary Annual Salary: A$72,000 – A$84,000 AUD J-*****-Ljbffr #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rfpbx
