We have a great opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Community Development business in Busselton. Reporting directly to the Business Leader, you will be engaged in civil design projects related to land, urban, and subdivision projects. This role is an excellent career pathway for an experienced Civil Engineer who seeks to grow their technical and leadership capabilities in a global engineering consultancy. About the role

The role requires independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management. It suits an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong technical design background and consulting engineering experience. Day to day tasks would involve:

Civil design relating to land, urban, and subdivisions Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters Adhering to qualified standards, ethics, and Stantec quality procedures Managing clients and other consultants Assisting with project management and business development Supporting Project Leaders Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management and overall client satisfaction To be successful for this role you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Demonstrated experience in civil engineering related to the design and delivery of urban, land and subdivision projects Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and state requirements Obtain CP Eng and RPEQ Registration as soon as eligible What we offer
