Production Manager (Oakford)

Borrello Cheese is a family owned and operated cheese manufacturer with over 40years experienced. A well-respected organisation and operation located 30mins south of Perth continues to grow and expand and is currently seeking a fulltime Production Manager.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Lead and manager team of 24-30 personnel
- Operate and clean pasteuriser
- General cheese making duties
- Operate machinery, including, Mozzarella stretching machine, cheese vats, milk lines, steam lines, vacuum packers, cheese cutters.
- Cleaning and sanitation of equipment
- Monitor and organise milk supply requirements for production
- Complete daily production paperwork
- Milk testing
- Inventory control
- Manage factory staff and delegate duties
- Overlook factory general hygiene, cleaning and maintenance requirements
- Production Management experience
- ( Min of +8years experience )
- Outstanding HACPP attitude and awareness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
