Narrogin - Casual Loader Operator

About the Position

We are seeking keen workers to come and join our site based in Narrogin WA as a Loader Operator on a casual basis.

We are a major processor and exporter of animal fodder to overseas markets, including Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan and have positions available to come on board and assist us in our processing.

Responsibilities:

- Operating a JCB Loader as well as other various mobile plant.
- Manual Handling pressed product.
- Inventory management and the completion of other paperwork.
- Keeping work area clean.
- Complying with company policies and maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety at all times.

To be successful in this role:

- You must be open to working both day and night shifts, usually rotating weekly.
- You must live close to Narrogin to be able to travel to work.
- Prior experience in operating a JCB Loader is essential.
- Previous experience in the agriculture sector would be ideal, specifically with Hay.
- Experience working in an organisation with a focus on health and safety in the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills.
