Final Trim Loader / Allrounder Operator (Byford)

The role of the Front End Loader Operator is to assist the Site Supervisor with the day to day operations on site, operating the Front End Loader. ONLY EXPERIENCED CIVIL MACHINE OPERATORS SHOULD APPLY. This is a full time position for the right candidate. Pay rate will reflect experience and capability. Job duties:
- Safe operation of the Earthmoving equipment, including attachments at all times
- Follow instruction and direction provided by supervisor at all times
- Keep all machines and equipment in a tidy manner, all rubbish to be removed from site and from equipment / vehicles daily
- Conducting daily pre-start and maintenance of all vehicles operated prior to operation and reporting faults
- Presentation of all work to a very high standard
- Leaving the work site in a protected and tidy manner including packing away all tools and ensuring all equipment is placed in site compound at end of day
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Completion of timesheets on a daily basis
- Wear uniform provided and required PPE gear at all times
- Liaison with all other staff members including office staff
- Completion of site paperwork as required
- Other duties as assigned Essential requirements of the role include: 5 + years in a similar role operating Front End Loaders to final trim Well versed in construction site protocols, rules and code of conduct Ability to read civil plans and undertake site set outs Professional and safety minded Excellent communication and time management skills Physically fit and ability to work independently Interact with team members and be a team player Compliance to drug testing policy are conditions of employment Qualifications required for the role:
- HR drivers licence
- Plant operation tickets (Loader)
- Construction white card Preferred requirements:
- Ability to operate Excavator and/or Positrak and/or Bobcat/Skidsteer would be considered an advantage Work Remotely
