**Apprentice Butcher**: Melaleuka Farm Merchants has a unique opportunity for an Apprentice Butcher.

Our philosophy is to provide a true farm-to-table experience for our customers in our hospitality venues, off-site (e.g. Farmers Markets) and online retail.

Our butchery is based in Byford, just down the road from our farm in North Dandalup. Our cattle breeding program is centred around our registered Akaushi (Red Wagyu) herd which allows us to produce high quality, marbled beef from both grain-finished and grass-fed cattle with superior, consistent flavour.
