Mobile Plant Maintenance Manager (Cardup)

About this role: The Mobile Plant Maintenance Manager is a key role in the organisation and will be responsible for leading and managing the equipment maintenance function & workshop operations and its employees. You will need to have strong leadership skills, be an effective communicator and ensure the effective and effective day to day operations of 2 busy workshops. The role is also responsible for ensuring that all related software systems are properly used and populated to ensure accurate reporting. What’s in it for you:

- Train & develop a robust team of professionals. About you:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a civil construction company or related industry.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
- Working knowledge of the repair and maintenance of a large heavy and light vehicle fleet.
- Working knowledge of WAHVA maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- A proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Skills / Qualifications:
- Construction Safety Awareness Card / White Card.
- Class C Motor Vehicle License.
- Must hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Heavy Diesel Fitter
