Permapole is a leading manufacturer supplying quality treated timber and pine pole products across Western Australia. We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team in a full-time generalist administration role supporting day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage administration, customer service, bookkeeping, and office coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support using Excel, Microsoft Office, MYOB, and Timbersmart
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Process customer orders, dispatch paperwork, and invoicing daily
- Maintain payroll, employee records, and timekeeping data
- Assist with bookkeeping and general accounts administration
- Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and banking as required
- Coordinate office supplies, uniforms, and workshop purchasing
- Maintain social media and support general office organisation
- Assist with workers’ compensation claims and employee support
- Record and manage production and delivery data
- Perform filing, archiving, and general administrative duties
- Previous experience using Bunnings and Elders ordering platforms will be highly regarded About You
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or bookkeeping
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office and MYOB
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt and support multiple areas of the business
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments is advantageous What We Offer
