About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily operations, manage a team of 5+ staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directing the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of dishes.
- Supervising and training junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Managing kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and ordering.
- Enforcing strict health and safety standards, including HACCP.
- Assisting in menu development and execution. Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualification: Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of post-qualification full-time experience in a similar high-volume setting.
