Job Title: Team Member (Subway Sandwich Artist), Byron Bay, NSW Location: Subway Byron Bay, NSW Job Type: Full time Pay: Approx. A$60,000 p.a. + Super ???? About the Role
- Prepare and serve food (sandwiches, bread, cookies)
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- Operate POS/till and handle transactions
- Maintain food safety, hygiene & audit standards
- Monitor stock and assist with deliveries
- Complete daily/weekly cleaning tasks
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Work collaboratively in a team environment ???? Position Requirements
- Flexible availability across Monday–Sunday trading hours (6:30am – 10:00pm)
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including opening, mid-day, closing, graveyard shifts and weekends. Capped at 38 hours per week.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid Australian work rights ???? Preferred (Not Essential)
- Previous Subway or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
- Food prep, retail, or hospitality background
